“When you dance, you can enjoy the luxury of being you.” — Paulo Coelho
Dance is a performing art form that involves using rhythmic body movements to express emotions. Dance enhances coordination, balance, and body awareness.
The second session of the Rhythmic Club was conducted in the Seminar Hall of the Foundation Block. The morning dance session began with the attendance with 13 dancers present. The enthusiasm among the students set a positive tone for the session. The students
were briefed about the upcoming sessions.
The session kicked off with a dynamic warm-up routine led by Sunil Sir. The warm up aimed to prepare the dancers physically and mentally for the upcoming dance activities. It included stretching exercises and cardio movement. After the warm up, the dancers transitioned into
the first dance segment. Sunil Sir, the dance instructor for the session, introduced a routine that focused on the style of the dance. The students showcased their skills as they practiced and refined the choreography.
A well deserved break followed the first dance segment. The students took this opportunity to hydrate, rest and socialize with their peers. Some even used the time to practice specific moves or discuss the choreography.
The second dance segment of the session commenced after the break. Sunil Sir presented a different routine, incorporating different elements. The dancers demonstrated their adaptability as they embraced the new choreography and added their personal flair.
The morning dance session concluded on a high note. Participants exhibited dedication, teamwork, and a passion for dance throughout the session. The choreography learned during the session will likely contribute to their growth as dancers. The positive energy and camaraderie among the participants bode well for future sessions.
Overall, the morning dance session was a successful and engaging experience for all involved. It provided an opportunity for dancers to learn, practice, and connect, fostering a sense of accomplishment and unity within the students. The T-shirts having the name of the club were distributed amongst the students.
