Club Activity Report for Robotics Club 25 th November, 2023
In today’s world the habit of thinking technologically is very important for all of us. At Vikhe Patil Memorial School, Pune – The Robotics Club helps the students to intercept science, engineering and technology to produce machines.
Name of activities:
Level 1: a) Remote control robot racer car
Level 2: a) Robotic snake
Level 3:a) AI based voice controlled robot using Arduino.(Session 1)
Level 1: Remote control robot racer car
– Students had made the car in the previous session.
– The remote was made in this session.
– Students learnt the concept of DPDT which stands for Double Pole Double Throw.
– They learnt the concept of terminals.
Level 2: Robotic snake
– Students learnt the concept of motors and 9V battery.
– Students learnt the cross connection in the switches.
– Students learnt the zig zag movement of the snake achieved by pressing and releasing the switches alternatively.
Level 3: AI based voice controlled robot using Arduino.(Session 1)
– Students learnt to build the circuit using Arduino programing
– Students learnt the difference between input pins and enable pins
– The use of digital pins and analog pins was understood.
The students enjoyed doing all the activities. They are looking forward to more such activities in the coming sessions.
