Investing for good health among employees creates more awareness about the well-being and it helps to create a productive and healthy work environment. As a part of an initiative towards employee health, the management of Vikhe Patil Memorial School Pune reminded all staff that a Medical Fitness Certificate is mandatory at the re-commencement of school in June 2025. To maintain transparency and authenticity, the school management had shared a list of approved laboratories and hospitals to undergo tests and check-ups. In addition to
that and for the convenience of the staff, a Medical Checkup Camp was organized in the school premises under the able guidance of our Principal Ms Mrinalini. With the supervision of a team of reputed staff from KEM Hospital Pune, the sample collection commenced at 7.30 am and successfully ended at 2 pm in the afternoon of 04 th of June 2025. A general health checkup with physicians was conducted for the staff members in the campus on 17 th June 2025. It included personal counselling sessions on the importance of health related issues and valuation of the recent lab reports.111 staff members availed this facility.
The Principal on behalf of the management and staff thanked the health care team for rendering their services to the institution.
