The programme was conducted by esteemed resource persons Dr.P.V Sai Ranga Rao (Former Deputy Commissioner, Hyderabad), Ms. Dhanashree Chandak (Assistant Manager Training, Lend A Hand India), and Ms. Pradnya Lahi (Trainer, Lend A Hand India)

The objective of the training was to develop an understanding of the implementation of Skill Education for Classes VI to VIII from the upcoming academic year 2026–27, in alignment with the school curriculum. Emphasis was laid on vocational education at the middle stage to provide students with exposure to the world of work, instill respect for the dignity of labour, and equip them with essential life skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.

The following key topics were covered during the training sessions:

  • Introduction to Vocational Education at the Middle Stage
  • Overview of NEP–NCFSE with a focus on Skill Education
  • Identification, comparison, and application of curricular aspects of NCFSE 2023 in Vocational Education for structuring the Kaushal Bodh framework
  • Classroom strategies for planning and execution of Kaushal Bodh activities
  • Assessment under Kaushal Bodh

The sessions were thoughtfully organized, highly interactive, and practical in nature. Participants actively engaged in hands-on activities, group discussions, and presentations, which enhanced their understanding of effective implementation of Kaushal Bodh within the curriculum.

We thoroughly enjoyed the training programme and express our sincere gratitude to Principal Mrs. Mrinalini Fernandes for providing us with the opportunity to participate in this enriching professional development initiative.Bottom of Form
