Annual Day Report Lower Primary Section
After a gap of almost two years, the Annual Day programme was held in VPMS , Pune. The Annual Day for the Lower Primary Section was on two days. Students of Divisions A and B performed on Friday, 25 th November 2022 and the students of Divisions C and D performed on
Saturday, 26 th November 2022.The main theme of the programme was ‘ Panchamahabhutam. Every section represented one element of nature. The Lower Primary Section represented ‘Fearless Fire’.
The programme commenced with the felicitation of the chief guest. The chief guest on Friday was, Mrs Sharmila Mazumdar and Saturday was, Mrs Shama Bhate. The programme consisted of a musical dance drama to show the importance of the five elements of nature in our lives and that we should not take them for granted.
The students depicted the five elements of nature – earth, fire, space, air and water through dances , mime and songs. The colourful costumes, special lights effects and props added to the beauty of the performances. The hard work of the students, teamwork of the staff, meticulous planning by the Section Coordinators and the able guidance and support of Ms Mrinalini, Principal , VPMS Pune contributed to the execution of a wonderful performance.
