The culminating activity of Chilli Wonka Club was an educational visit to FLAME University, Pune.The objective of this visit was to familiarize students with higher education opportunities, campus life, and institutional facilities. The visit proved to be an enriching and informative experience for all students.
The visit began with a detailed presentation on the various academic programs offered at FLAME University. The university representatives explained the interdisciplinary approach adopted by the institution, highlighting undergraduate and postgraduate programs across fields such as liberal education, management, economics, psychology, data science, etc. Emphasis was laid on experiential learning, research opportunities, global exposure, and holistic student development.
This was followed by a guided campus tour, during which students were shown key facilities including academic blocks, libraries, lecture halls, hostels, recreational areas, and sports facilities. The aesthetically designed campus, equipped with modern infrastructure and eco-friendly initiatives, left a lasting impression on the students. The tour helped students gain a realistic understanding of campus life and learning environments at a university level.
An interactive session was also conducted with the dining team, where students learned about the university’s dining services, food planning, hygiene standards, and sustainability practices followed in meal preparation. The team explained how balanced and nutritious meals are planned while catering to diverse dietary preferences. Students actively participated by asking questions, making the session engaging and informative.
After the campus activities and interactive sessions, an after party was organized for the students. Refreshments were served, which included Schezwan noodles, Veg cutlet, Chilli paneer, and tetra pack juice.
The visit to FLAME University, Pune, was an inspiring and well-organised experience. The guided campus tour provided a clear insight into the university’s serene environment, state-of-the-art infrastructure, and thoughtfully designed academic spaces.
