A field trip is a tool that helps students to experience and see things in person. Hence, a field trip to Shivsena Pramukh Balasaheb Thackeray Udyan was arranged for the students of Std 3 on Tuesday, 20 th January with the aim of providing learning beyond the classroom. The
visit helped students observe nature closely and understand the importance of soil. The trip was both educational and enjoyable, giving students an opportunity to learn through real-life experiences.
Description of the Visit:
After a short and comfortable journey, students reached Shivsena Pramukh Balasaheb Thackrey Udyan by 9:30 am. The garden was very clean and beautiful. Students saw many green trees, colorful flowers, and walking paths. The teacher told them about the importance of plants and soil. They also saw people exercising in the open gym. The students enjoyed walking around, observing nature, and spending time with friends. They ate their snacks together and followed all the rules of cleanliness and discipline. The teachers guided them throughout the visit.
Conclusion
The field trip to Balasaheb Thackeray Udyan was a successful and enriching experience for the students of Std. III. It helped them connect classroom learning with the real world and created awareness about nature and soil conservation. The trip was informative, enjoyable,
and memorable for both students and teachers.
