NAME OF THE ACTIVITY – Nail Art and presentation on “The Art of Dressing: Making a Statement Without Words”
REPORT OF THE ACTIVITY- The Groomed Genz Club organized a captivating session on Saturday, 23rd November 2024, at the Groomed Genz Activity Room in the Foundation Block. The activity featured Mrs. Leena Khandekar, an esteemed international makeup artist and director of Lee’s International Beauty and Spa, as the resource person.
The session commenced with an insightful presentation on “The Art of Dressing: Making a Statement Without Words,” where Mrs. Khandekar emphasized the importance of personal grooming, appropriate dressing, and its impact on building self-confidence and making lasting impressions. Students shared their feedback about all the topics covered in the past sessions. They were overwhelmed, how these sessions have helped develop their personality, their lifestyle and public speaking skills.
This was followed by an engaging workshop on nail art, where Mrs. Khandekar demonstrated innovative techniques and designs, inspiring students to unleash their creativity. The hands-on activity provided participants with an opportunity to experiment with various styles under expert guidance. The interactive session fostered creativity, self-expression, and a deeper understanding of the significance of grooming and presentation. Students left the session feeling inspired and empowered.
