Activity : Yoga and Zumba

Objective :The sessions aimed to promote physical fitness, mental relaxation, and overall well-being among the participants through a structured Yoga session and an energetic Zumba session.

Venue: Beauty and Wellness Room

Today, the Groomed Genz Club organized two engaging and energizing sessions for its members.
The first session was a Yoga session conducted by Ms. Anuradha Kumbhar. The session began with a gentle warm-up routine, preparing the body for deeper stretches and postures.

Ms. Kumbhar then guided the participants through a series of asanas which included:
 Surya Namaskar
 Shavasan
 Matsyasan
 Various forms of Bhujangasan
 Shalabhasan
 Dhanurasan
 Makarasan
 Ardha Matsyasan
 Gomukhasan
 Baddha Padmasan
 Utkatasan
 Vakrasan

The session concluded with a calming cool-down process, helping participants relax and absorb the benefits of the asanas practiced.

After a short break, the second half of the event featured a Zumba session conducted by Ms. Sunita. Her high-energy and enthusiastic approach made the session incredibly enjoyable.
The rhythmic music and lively dance steps created a fun and vibrant atmosphere, and the participants, especially the girls, thoroughly loved and enjoyed every moment of it.

Overall, it was a refreshing and health-focused day for the Groomed Genz Club members, promoting both physical fitness and joyful movement.
