Report – Jr. KG Greet and Meet (Birds)

“No human ever lived in a birdless world.”- Richard Smyth.

The students of Jr, KG participated in a greet and meet session where they shared interesting facts and stories about birds. This activity aimed at enhancing their public speaking skills, boosting their confidence, and encouraging them to explore the natural world around them.
The children had the opportunity to present their favourite bird or share something they had learned about birds, fostering creativity and know ledge in a fun, interactive way. They displayed confidence in telling about their features, characteristics and their habitat.
The 315 students used various props like soft toys, charts and stick puppets. They showed pride in their work by making the puppets with their parents. This not only helped them to improve their communication skills but also fostered a greater appreciation for the
environment.
