Middle School Parent Orientation Report (2025-26)
The Middle School Parent Orientation was successfully conducted on April 8 th & 9 th to welcome and acquaint parents with the key aspects of the upcoming academic year. The session commenced with a warm welcome and an introduction of the faculty, where parents were introduced to the team of dedicated teachers who will be guiding their children.
The academic programme was presented in detail, outlining the curriculum framework, core subjects, and co-curricular activities designed to provide a holistic educational experience. This was followed by an explanation of the assessment structure, grading criteria, gradual
increase in portion for the yearly exam and the promotion policy of Std VIII.
A segment was dedicated to the discipline policy, emphasizing the school’s expectations for student behaviour, the code of conduct, consequences for misconduct and the support systems in place for student wellbeing. An informative brief on the NCC (National Cadet Corps) programme was also shared, highlighting its objectives, activities, and the benefits of participation.
The Principal’s address focused on the school’s vision, the importance of parent-school collaboration, and the role of values in education. Finally, parents were given an orientation on the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system, which detailed how they can use the platform for fee payment, monitoring academic progress, attendance, communication with teachers, and accessing school updates.
The school expressed appreciation for the parents active involvement and reiterated its commitment to working in partnership to support each student’s growth and success.
