Activity on Gender Sensitivity by Std III
Gender sensitivity and equality are important topics that involve treating all individuals with respect and fairness, regardless of their gender identity. This includes creating an environment where everyone feels safe and valued, and where there is no discrimination or bias based on gender.
The students of Std. III were told to work together in groups and create charts with paper cutouts, slogans, drawings etc based on Gender Sensitivity. Bringing in materials from home to supplement their work also helped to make the activity more personal and engaging for the students. These activities helped students learn about different gender identities and experiences, and also helped them develop important skills such as teamwork and communication.
