“Nothing is better than a picnic”- Zooey Deschanel”
“A picnic is a study session where relaxation is part of the curriculum.” Picnics are a good source of enjoyment, learning experiences and interesting outings. On 14 th November, a picnic was scheduled for the students of Pre-Primary as a part of the ‘Children’s Day ‘celebration. The picnic began with singing songs and rhymes on their way to the park. On reaching the park, the students enthusiastically explored the beauty and bounties of nature.
The day was well spent enjoying and playing different team-building games like passing the ball, Hockey, and interacting with each other. Nursery students enjoyed playing on the slides, swings, merry-go-round, and see-saw. This was a wonderful opportunity for all the students
to strengthen their bonds. There were 282 students from Nursery to Sr KG who eagerly went to the picnic with enthusiasm.
After the long and exhilarating games, the students settled down to partake in the sumptuous refreshments with their friends. The little ones thoroughly enjoyed the day. Indeed, it was a fun-filled day with joy and laughter for the students.
