Activity: Freedom Wall of Quotes

Venue: VII A B C D Classrooms

Objective:
to instil patriotism among students and develop a sense of national identity.
to express their appreciation for freedom fighters and to honour their sacrifices and contributions.
Teachers involved: Class Teachers- Ms. Ashita Pardeshi, Ms. Nandita Kusurkar, Ms. Renuka Wable, Ms. Mrinalini Rao.
‘Creativity involves breaking out of established patterns in order to look at things in a different way’.
Students of Class VII drew, sketched, and stuck pictures illustrating the famous quotes, slogans raised by the freedom fighters, unsung heroes, social reformers to elaborate their thoughts. Beautiful and well- thought posters of Bhagat Singh, Mahatma Gandhi and Rani
Lakshmibai to name a few were designed artistically using vibrant colours to showcase their creativity.
This activity was thoroughly enjoyed by the students who utilised their time and energy to the fullest.
