The session began with an engaging presentation by Ms. Avanti Bapat, who shared her expertise in both culinary arts and dining etiquette.
Students actively participated in a hands-on demonstration on how to prepare chocolate mousse, guided step-by-step by the resource person.
The event included a practical exercise on table setting and proper dining behaviour, allowing students to practice and internalise the etiquette discussed. Interactive Q&A sessions enabled students to clarify doubts and gain insights into professional culinary practices and social dining norms.
