Topic: Understand, Embrace and, Evolve! [ Physiological Awareness Session] Conducted by: Ms. Susan Sam (School Nurse) & Ms. Sucheta Mithari (School Counsellor)

The goal of this session was to provide Grade V students with age-appropriate scientific knowledge about puberty. The aim was to nurture a positive mindset, emotional resilience, and a sense of belonging as they navigate this natural transition together. Under the able guidance of our Principal & the section coordinator the “Physiological Awareness Session” was facilitated by the school nurse, Ms. Susan Sam, and the school counsellor, Ms. Sucheta Mithari, using a well-crafted PowerPoint presentation. They addressed the physical, emotional, and social changes and challenges associated with the preadolescent period.

• Ms. Susan San explained the natural physical changes students will experience while growing up, emphasizing the importance of managing these transitions with dignity. She also discussed restroom etiquette.
