The Parent Orientation Programme for the Lower Primary Section was successfully conducted on 1st April 2026 and 2nd April 2026 at Vikhe Patil Memorial School, Pune, to welcome parents and familiarize them with the academic practices and expectations for the new academic year. The orientation held on 1st April 2026 was organized for the parents of Grade I, while the session on 2nd April 2026 was conducted for the parents of Grades II and III.

The programme aimed to help parents understand the school’s vision, values, academic structure, and overall functioning, while strengthening the partnership between school and home. During the session, parents were introduced to the school’s leadership team, faculty members, facilities, curriculum framework, co-scholastic opportunities, discipline policies, and important school procedures. Key aspects such as balanced learning experiences, student well-being, counseling support services, competitive exam exposure, and enrichment programmes were also explained.

Parents were informed about school routines, expectations, and the importance of collaborative support in nurturing confident, responsible, and happy learners. The sessions also highlighted the importance of holistic development through academics, activities, sports, and value-based education.

Following the main orientation, classroom orientation sessions were conducted by the respective class teachers.
